This will log you out and hang up your phone line.

You can create an alias (shortcut) for your internet connection on your Desktop:

This way you can dial in to ArdenNet by clicking on an icon on your desktop, rather than going into the Applications folder.

Double-click on the hard disk, then look for the Applications folder.

Double-click on the Applications folder, then look for the Internet Connect icon.

Single-click (don't double-click) on "Internet Connect" to select the icon. Under the "File" menu, choose "Make Alias".

Now your Mac will create a file called "Internet Connect alias". Drag this alias to the desktop or the dock. You can test-drive your ArdenNet internet by double clicking on this alias.

Once your connection is established successfully, your Internet Browser  will load the default start page. You can manually switch to ArdenNet's Internet Services web page. Go to www.arden.net. Once the page is loaded, go to the FAQs section and look under the Internet Browser section.

If you experience problems connecting to the Internet, restart your computer and try connecting again.  If the problem still exists, please contact us at help@midtownmicro.com or 916-442-2447.
