If you suspect that e-mail is not being delivered, to you, it is a strong indication that our Spam filter
has found a problem with the origins or format of the e-mail.  We will attempt to find out the reason
if you, our customer works with us. The steps you need to take below.

  • Send an e-mail to our support staff  with the Subject " Dropped e-mail "
    and the original senders e-mail address eg. joedow@aol.com
  • Get the sender to send an e-mail to these 2 e-mail address 
    ardencomputers@email.com
    info@midtownmicro.com
    with Subject " Dropped e-mail "
    with Text " Test for abcde@ardennet.com for Joe Dow (name of recipient) "
    where abcd@ardennet.com is the e-mail address of recipient

After out investigation, we will respond to your query.

www.dsbl.org
spam cop
DNS Black lists
no abuse
no postmaster
no reverse DNS
